Overview As a Media Campaign Manager DACH, you will own the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle for leading advertisers across the region. From precise campaign set‑up to detailed reporting and optimization, you’ll ensure flawless execution and measurable success.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the complete process from planning, campaign set‑up and strategy, trafficking, ongoing optimization and wrap‑up
Creative & Asset Management: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on creatives and ensure all materials meet platform specifications and deadlines
Reporting & Insights: Produce regular and ad‑hoc performance reports, analyse campaign data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor performance daily, identify issues, and resolve or elevate technical challenges to keep campaigns on track
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to align strategy, drive improvements, and deliver best‑in‑class results
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay current on ad‑tech trends, programmatic innovations, and competitive activity to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Client‑facing role: You are confident in presenting reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and/or agencies
Qualifications
Experience: Professional experience in Ad‑Tech, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Marketing within a Media Agency, Ad‑Tech Vendor, or Advertiser side
Technical Skills: Familiarity with campaign management platforms, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into action
Organized & Detail‑Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Problem‑Solver: Proactive and resourceful with strong troubleshooting abilities.
Language Skills: Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
