Overview

Creative Director with proven expertise in art direction to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven performance campaigns for Meta across multiple digital platforms. You will guide external creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, strategic work that drives revenue for the business. This role works within Creative X, a global creative agency partnering with Meta brands and products. Base pay

Base pay range: $121,000.00/yr - $173,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Develop and lead creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy Leverage historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions Work with AI and GenAI tools for creative ideation and production Provide constructive guidance to external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative output across on- and off-platform deliverables such as digital ads, websites, and sales enablement materials Lead regular creative reviews and presentations to internal stakeholders, including leadership Set the creative inputs across creative testing plans to optimize creative Foster trusting relationships with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication Design and develop visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding Create design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance campaign visuals Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing and implement relevant insights on the work Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of work experience as a creative in advertising, marketing, editorial or lead in a creative-related occupation Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production Portfolio that showcases ideation, development, and refinement of concept-driven campaigns that drive results, with mastery of art direction and design principles Proven track record of advanced presentation skills and experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders at different levels Understanding of the business-to-business marketing landscape and Meta’s advertising tools Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams Experience problem-solving and thinking strategically for advertising campaigns Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders Software proficiencies: Figma, GenAI tools, Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of work experience as a creative in advertising, marketing, editorial or lead in a creative-related occupation After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder Bachelor's degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience About Meta
