Overview Microsoft 365 has established itself as the leader in the productivity space, with over 345 million paid seats across business, education, and consumer segments. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Microsoft 365 Core Portfolio Growth, will shape the strategy, narrative, and go-to-market for the Microsoft 365 portfolio. This role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker who can articulate a security & AI-enabled productivity narrative. You will shape product and packaging decisions in collaboration with Business Planning and Product Management, drive growth through GTM plans and sales enablement, and work with product marketing leaders across strategic verticals including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Security, and Business Applications. The role demands clear communication, the ability to simplify the complex, and experience managing a broad group of stakeholders across organizations and specializations.
The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. There are four possible base locations; candidates who do not reside in one of these areas will be relocated to Redmond.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute the growth strategy for productivity, security, and AI solutions across the M365 portfolio, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Develop and deliver a compelling narrative that resonates with diverse customer segments and aligns with overall business goals.
Collaborate with Business Planning and Product Management/Engineering to define and shape product offerings and packaging constructs, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
Shape the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, working closely with field and partner sales teams to optimize enablement of growth initiatives.
Work in partnership with product marketing leaders and colleagues across strategic verticals, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Security, and Business Applications, to foster a collaborative and integrated marketing approach.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Ensure seamless alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives to drive coherence and impact.
Demonstrate the company culture and values in daily work.
Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years of product marketing experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years of product marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience leading go-to-market planning and execution.
3+ years experience developing, leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
3+ years experience with product monetization and commercialization.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years of product marketing experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years of product marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
Experience working successfully cross-functionally.
Experience in the technology industry, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for these locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
