What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the fulfillment of assigned advertising campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality execution
Ensure error‑free, high‑quality campaign execution while adhering to team SLAs
Engage with external advertising partners for asset collection, adherence to ad specs, and follow‑up requests
Interact directly with account management and sales teams, keeping them informed of any issues
Contribute to strategic continuous improvement efforts for the Campaign Management team
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in a related field
2+ years of online display ad trafficking experience, preferably using Google Ad Manager
Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, terms, and industry standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Teams, with strong Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with WordPress, AdBook+, and Salesforce (SFX)
Familiarity with various online creative formats (HTML, JavaScript, rich media)
Experience using Photoshop
