Architectural Designer – High-End Residential & Commercial Projects

Position Overview We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, technically proficient, and eager to contribute to all phases of the design and construction process—from concept to completion. This role requires both creativity and rigor, with opportunities to design bespoke homes and meaningful community projects across North Texas and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Principal Architect and project team to develop conceptual and schematic design ideas.
Prepare and refine design presentations, renderings, and material palettes for client meetings.
Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Support site visits, field verifications, and construction administration tasks.
Assist in developing design standards and ensuring consistency across projects.
Participate in design critiques and team discussions to continuously improve quality and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
2–5 years of professional experience preferred, particularly in high-end residential and/or boutique commercial projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, or similar) is highly valued.
Understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and architectural documentation.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Passion for timeless design, craftsmanship, and integrating architecture with landscape and interior design.
