Job Title: Jr Product Manager / Technical Producer – E-commerce
Location: NYC (Hybrid - in office Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Reports To: Director of Product Management

The Role We're looking for a Junior Product Manager / Technical Producer to help execute projects that span UX/UI and technical development of complex websites and e-commerce platforms. Success in this role requires someone who thrives on turning ambiguous asks into concrete action plans. You'll be expected to ask clarifying questions, define what's needed, and move forward without waiting to be told what to do.

What You'll Do
Transform ambiguous client requests into clear project briefs, detailed requirements, and actionable tickets
Lead and facilitate client meetings capture comprehensive notes, document decisions in real-time, and own all follow-up actions
Manage sprint cycles and work with Creative, Development, and QA teams to identify and resolve blockers before they impact timelines
Communicate progress clearly and efficiently through concise written updates and verbal check-ins with stakeholders
Review deliverables to ensure project goals have been met before delivery
Keep projects on track by staying ahead of timelines, budgets, and shifting priorities
Develop clear and concise weekly project reports
Stay ahead of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively without needing direction
What You Bring

The ability to clarify the unclear. You ask the right questions to turn vague ideas into specific, executable requirements
Strong communication skills. You convey complex information quickly, clearly, and in a way that drives action
Comfort running meetings. You can facilitate discussions, keep conversations productive, and ensure outcomes are documented
At least 2+ years of experience managing software development using Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, ticket creation)
Ability to understand application architecture enough to troubleshoot when needed
Experience writing detailed and clear project documentation
Familiarity with project management tools like Redmine or Jira
Strong organizational skills with an astute attention to detail
Experience creating budgets and tracking costs
A track record of delivering projects on time, to spec, and within budget
Nice to Have
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Background working with small- and medium-sized cross-functional teams in an agency environment
