VIP is seeking a highly driven and strategic

Product Marketer

to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be the expert on our buyers, products, and competitive landscape. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own the narrative and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and features, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth for our SaaS suite of products foundational to the beverage industry across the US. This role is not responsible for people management. A critical role, this sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, playing a large part in shaping product direction and driving market success.

Position Type:

Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Starting Pay Range:

$75,000 - $80,000

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans

for product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.

Lead marketing for product launches

working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to ensure a unified and impactful market rollout.

Support product adoption and usage

post-launch by developing and implementing targeted marketing programs and lifecycle campaigns.

Messaging, Positioning, and Content

Craft compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging

that resonates with target buyers and use cases, translating technical features into clear customer benefits.

Create core marketing content

and sales enablement materials, including product pages, website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and competitive battle cards.

Define the value proposition

of our many products and train internal teams (Sales, Customer Success) on how to effectively communicate it.

Market, Customer, and Competitive Intelligence

Conduct continuous market research

to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and buying triggers.

Gather competitive intelligence

to monitor the landscape, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and key differentiators. Use this insight as you help inform the product roadmap and messaging.

Serve as the voice of the customer (VoC) , collecting feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to influence the product development roadmap and strategy.

Partner with the Sales team

to create essential tools, training, and resources that help them effectively sell and demonstrate our products.

Maintain and update sales enablement

materials to reflect the latest product features, market data, and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

Proven track record of successfully developing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies for new products and features.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sampling of successful messaging and content examples.

Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform positioning and measure GTM success.

Excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing to a diversified group of products that focus on various points in one industry.

Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analytics.
