and looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our Design Team.
As a Design Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners who are ready to remodel and help them create beautiful, functional bathroom spaces using trusted Jacuzzi® products. If you have experience in customer service, retail, or design-or simply have a passion for helping people and want a professional career with growth-this could be the perfect fit.
We provide the appointments, training, and tools you need to succeed. You bring the drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners ready to remodel Present Jacuzzi® bath and shower solutions with confidence and care Guide customers through design options that match their needs, style, and budget Follow a proven sales and design process that leads to real results What You'll Get Paid training and hands-on onboarding Company-provided, pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling) Leadership mentorship and ongoing professional development A supportive, team-oriented environment focused on growth and success Who You Are Outgoing, confident, and comfortable connecting with people Motivated to grow your career and income Experience in sales, design, or customer service is helpful but not required Based in or willing to travel within Alpena, Roscommon, Gaylord, Petoskey, and nearby areas Compensation and Benefits Uncapped earnings with top performers exceeding $150,000 annually Full benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, life, and more 401(k), PTO, and parental leave W2 employment with consistent, year-round work Join a company where your success matters.
