Position Summary This hybrid position is based in Los Angeles. Remote work is not available. You will manage influencer marketing campaigns for hair, skin and color cosmetics clients, including strategy, talent management, content briefings, reporting and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage overall client relationship, including day‑to‑day communication and ongoing campaign support.
Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and changes in the influencer marketing landscape.
Plan, coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Create engaging briefs that outline campaign objectives, deliverables and key messaging for influencers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content that aligns with brand guidelines and disclosure rules.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain relationships with talent agencies and vendor partners.
Support internal and external initiatives.
Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing experience (brand or agency side) with campaign development, pitching and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of influencer culture, project tracking and reporting.
Beauty/lifestyle experience strongly preferred.
Comfortable working with talent and agents, particularly in the beauty/lifestyle space.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
