We are a high-volume email marketing provider, helping clients send millions of messages, manage subscriber lists, and maintain strong deliverability. Our infrastructure spans Microsoft SQL Server, Linux‑based email sending services across multiple cloud platforms, Amazon S3 storage, and a suite of internal .NET applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and monitor large Microsoft SQL Server environments – backup/recovery, high‑availability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Oversee email delivery platforms hosted on Linux servers across multiple cloud providers; configure and troubleshoot SMTP, MIME, DKIM, SPF, DNS, and email standards.
Monitor deliverability, bounce handling, and feedback loops; perform bounce‑handling automation and moderation.
Manage S3‑based storage workflows tied to large‑scale email operations.
Ensure uptime and smooth operation of dozens of in‑house .NET applications (operational oversight required).
Serve as the key point of contact for client requests and technical support tickets; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to deliverability, list management, and platform usage.
Document support processes and maintain operational runbooks; test and validate changes, patches, and system updates.
Qualifications
5+ years of SQL Server DBA experience.
Proficiency as a Linux server administrator in cloud hosting environments.
Strong knowledge of email technologies: SMTP, MIME, DKIM, SPF, DNS.
Experience managing client services/support operations (ticketing systems, client communication).
Practical experience with cloud storage (S3 or equivalent).
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across heterogeneous systems.
