Position Overview We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with about one year of experience in social media or influencer coordination who’s eager to build strong fundamentals and grow into a larger role. You’ll be hands‑on across all platforms, helping us stay organized, relevant, and creatively connected to our community. This position requires strong execution skills and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with internal team members and support larger content initiatives alongside our social media consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing content across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
Schedule posts, draft captions, plan stories, and support community engagement
Upload and optimize YouTube content (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
Organize and repurpose influencer and UGC content across platforms
Maintain the monthly social calendar in line with launches, campaigns, and brand moments
Draft copy for posts, stories, and video descriptions
Track and recap weekly social performance metrics
Support influencer gifting, outreach, and content tracking
Stay current on social trends, creators, and cultural conversations relevant to the AR brand voice
**This role is based in our Sherman Oaks office and requires full-time in-person presence. Remote work is not an option.**
Qualifications
Approximately 1 year of experience in a social media or influencer support role
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Planoly, and Canva
Bonus: basic video editing experience
Passion for jewelry and the creator space
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must be available to work onsite at our Los Angeles office 5 days a week
Additional Information The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$75,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
