Responsible for generating the design and development of immersive experiences for clients, including live and virtual events, interactive installations, and experiential marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management
- Under the guidance of the CD, manage the creative execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the Art Directors, Chief Creative Officer, and partner departments (Account, Production, Events, Media/Studio).
- Maintain high standards, ensuring creative work aligns with client goals, agency standards, and brief strategies within deadlines and budgets.
- Uphold the highest standards for the team, differentiating between high-quality and low-quality work.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in creative asset execution.
- Interdisciplinary Creative Concepting
- Develop visually compelling concepts for various projects, including print, digital, video, podcast, interactive, merchandise, and live/virtual events.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops, encouraging innovative ideas from diverse creative disciplines.
- Use a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, incorporating insights from different creative domains.
- Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to prospects and clients.
- Develop, present, and sell creative concepts to clients, showcasing both visual and messaging rationale.
- Client Leadership
- Serve as a client-facing voice, presenting work and building relationships.
- Deliver new ideas with a clear perspective, promoting progressive creativity.
- Create, articulate, and pitch creative ideas to clients, effectively conveying both the visual design and the underlying messaging reasoning.
- Interdepartmental and Vendor Collaboration
- Promote a culture of creative excellence by enhancing team communication.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication and workflow optimization.
- Foster relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with creative objectives and project expectations.
- Ensure adherence to customer brand standards and guidelines while collaborating effectively with external vendors.
- Actively participate in new business pitches, providing valuable input and creative expertise.
Responsible for generating the design and development of immersive experiences for clients, including live and virtual events, interactive installations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in experiential design, ensuring the team delivers cutting-edge work.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and strategic discussions for events, integrating ideas from the broader internal Brand Revolution group into cohesive event designs.
- Under the guidance of the CD, lead the design and development of immersive experiences for clients, encompassing live and virtual events, interactive installations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Under the guidance of the CD, provide oversight on experiential design, including user experience, diagramming, floor plans, and renderings, as well as managing elements like swag, gifting, photo opportunities, food and beverage, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment, and live event production needs.
- Collaborate closely with a team of designers, engineers, and technologists to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with leaders from media, event, account, and production teams, ensuring a seamless transition from the proposal stage to the production phase.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES
- 5 years of related experience with 2+ years of event/experiential design experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Detail oriented, dependable, responsible, and good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- Must be customer service oriented with superior client relationship skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and be comfortable giving and receiving direction.
- Must have a professional demeanor with an ability to work effectively with executive leaders, senior management, and production colleagues.
- Demonstrated expertise with accurate time and resource budgeting, as well as assigning effective and efficient resources for various project types.
- Demonstrated energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Highly organized in a fast-moving creative environment.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules while keeping other projects in play.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and act with integrity and business acumen.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits, occasional client meetings, and be on site for the actual events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline preferred
- Relevant certifications in events, meetings, design, and project management
- Able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen.
