About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Creative Marketing to lead the creative marketing team within its television studios. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating the brand vision and strategy for all the company's intellectual property. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving a large marketing team, strategizing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, and developing strong relationships with streaming and linear partners. The SVP will also be tasked with pivoting the team to a social-first marketing approach, leading creative on event activations, and supporting the franchise management team in creating content strategies that sustain IP between seasons. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned creative marketing division head with a passion for television content, a deep understanding of social trends, and a proven track record in shifting corporate culture to inspire innovation. Applicants for the SVP, Creative Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar leadership position, with a strong background in creative, production, and operations within an agency-type environment. The role requires a candidate with a flexible approach, capable of working across various genres, and a proven ability to balance internal and external resources to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Experience in streaming campaign marketing, particularly for adult-targeted series, is essential. The SVP will be expected to have a deep knowledge of social media and studio infrastructure, as well as a proven track record in managing marketing operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is also a requirement. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller, adept at creative and business strategy, and have a strong network of industry relationships to set the highest creative standards.
