Overview Senior UI/UX Designer - Fredericksburg VA at Full Visibility LLC. Active Top Secret Clearance. Responsibilities We are seeking a mission-driven Senior UI/UX Designer with strong user centered design expertise, interactive design, and extensive experience working within a software development team. The ideal candidate will have very strong UI/UX Experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs. Qualifications Active Top Secret Clearance At least ten (10+) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end product development Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or mobile applications Strong HTML/CSS (SCSS) Experience Experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks Proven experience designing clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with an emphasis on minimizing clicks and simplifying user flows Demonstrated ability to create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes Experience designing intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use buttons and interactive elements Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Experience working closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs Preferred Experience with Angular strongly preferred (currently 19) No dependence on 3rd party libraries (such as Telerik) Ability to create reusable custom controls Experience with API endpoints strongly preferred Experience with JSON structures strongly preferred Experience with SQL/Views preferred About Full Visibility Full Visibility LLC is a federally certified Small Business that delivers innovative technical solutions to address the nation’s most critical and sensitive missions.
