Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, color schemes, and typography.
- Translate user feedback and analytics into design improvements.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with mobile app design (iOS/Android).
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
