Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic product and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces and creating seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, color schemes, and typography.
• Translate user feedback and analytics into design improvements.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app design (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
