Description Supervisor’s Title: Marketing and Communication Manager Exempt or Non-Exempt : Exempt Location : Must be able to work at Burnsville Location Compensation : The expected salary for this Minnesota-based position is $65,000-80,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience. Basic Function The Marketing and Communications Specialist will advance digital engagement, content creation, and tactical campaign execution to support Imricor’s sales team. This role centers on managing social media channels, orchestrating email marketing campaigns, developing compelling collateral, and maintaining the company website to strengthen brand presence and drive market growth. Responsibilities Develops, schedules, and publishes content across social media platforms while monitoring performance and engagement to refine future strategies. Develops, designs, executes, and analyzes targeted email campaigns using CRM marketing automation tools; that comply with data privacy regulations. Creates and updates marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, sell sheets, videos) for use in campaigns and sales presentations. Makes updates to the corporate website, ensuring accurate product information, engaging content, and optimal user experience; collaborating with internal teams for timely revisions. Provides campaign analytics and periodic reporting on social media, email, and website performance; recommending improvements based on data insights. Supports cross-functional marketing initiatives including congresses, internal events, and new product launches. Ensures all deliverables meet regulatory and compliance requirements specific to medical device marketing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design or relevant discipline. Minimum of 1-3 years applicable work experience. Preferred experience within the medical device industry or a regulated environment. Thorough knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft applications. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred. Experience with creating social media campaigns, storytelling, and editing. Preferred experience with start-up or mid-sized company environments. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are essential. Excellent written, verbal and technical problem-solving skills required. Working Conditions Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less. 85% of time requires viewing and working at computer screen. Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines. Travel up to 10%.
