We’re seeking a Creative Strategist: someone who combines logical thinking with imagination, can bring ideas to life from scratch, and drives creative direction across social media and digital campaigns. This role is less about production and more about vision: the person who asks “what if?” and then shapes the answer into something our team can build. Key Responsibilities Lead concept development for campaigns and content series across social platforms. Identify opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and audience engagement. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to turn ideas into deliverables. Present creative strategies and campaign concepts to clients and leadership. Stay ahead of platform trends and translate insights into actionable ideas. Evaluate campaign performance to inform future concepts. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or social media direction. Proven ability to generate original ideas and translate them into multi-platform campaigns. Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes, analytics, and audience behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident leading creative discussions. Background in design, writing, or marketing a plus (not required).
