The Roberts Design premiere Interiors is seeking a high-energy, talented, experienced Designer to join our growing team of professionals at the largest equestrian complex in the United States. We are looking for a Designer who will bring fresh perspectives and give positive impact through design. You will be working as a team member to design large custom homes up to 25,000 sq. ft., five-star hotels, large retail spaces, and restaurants. You will be asked to manage projects and collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to ensure design integrity and satisfaction. Successful candidates will meet our minimum requirements and have strong design creative and technical skills, excellent communication skills, be organized and take initiative in helping influence design decisions. Job requirements include: Responsibilities Design large custom homes up to 25,000 sq. ft., five-star hotels, large retail spaces, and restaurants Manage projects and collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to ensure design integrity and satisfaction Assist with office management tasks Prepare and maintain project files, correspondence, drawings, etc. Create and continually update spec sheets as needed Coordinate with project construction teams Work on projects through all phases of design Procurement, purchasing and order tracking Proficiency using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Comprehensive knowledge in drafting interior design drawing packages including finish plans and material specification, schedules, RCP, and electrical plans Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior design or architectural environment Holds a degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture, or related field Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent organization and initiative in helping influence design decisions Working successfully to strict deadlines Balance of design creativity and technical proficiency Assist with office management tasks Employment type Full-time Seniority level Mid-Senior level Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Accessible Architecture and Design, Interior Design, and Retail Furniture and Home Furnishings Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at World Equestrian Center by 2x Get notified about new Interior Designer jobs in Ocala, FL .
