Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Job Title: Graphic Designer Contract Type: Full-time (35 hours per week) , 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time hours) Target Start Date: October 2025 Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client’s team on a contract basis, supporting a prominent organization in the medical industry . In this role, you will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, focusing on the creation and enhancement of brochures, flyers, banner ads, and emails . While existing templates will be provided, you may occasionally be required to update or audit these templates to ensure they meet current design standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banner ads, and emails. Support multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Update and audit design templates as needed, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness across all visual communications. Required Skills and Qualifications B2B Experience: Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) design, preferably in fast-paced environments. Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to create, update, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for annual reports and high-visibility projects. Experience Level: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience. Technology: Must have access to a personal computer or laptop. Preferred Qualifications Agency Experience: Previous experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
