This hybrid role blends manager-level leadership with hands-on digital execution, ensuring that our pipeline for lead generation remains strong through strategic community engagement, digital marketing, and referral development. Responsibilities Own the firm’s marketing strategy, execution, and reporting. Lead digital marketing initiatives and hands-on content execution. Drive lead generation through community engagement and referral development. Collaborate across teams to shape campaigns and media channels (e.g., podcast, YouTube). Qualifications Experience in marketing management or equivalent roles with a track record of results. Strong digital marketing skills and ability to execute campaigns.
