Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Onward Search Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Social Media and client strategy team members to develop social media strategies and campaigns for hotel clients. Brainstorm, strategize, and develop engaging brand voices across multiple social media platforms. Support social media specialists with creating high-impact posts and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite. Design visually appealing brand profiles for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage content creation and copywriting for monthly social media calendars. Monitor social channels and foster community engagement with followers. Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize results. Present monthly and quarterly reports to clients and key stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, testing new tools and emerging social technologies. Manage content scheduling using Sprout Social and assist in streamlining social media processes. Partner with the Director of Social Media to execute new offerings, product enhancements, and efficiencies. Train and mentor Social Media Specialists as needed. Requirements 3–5 years of professional social media management experience. Agency or travel industry experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Strong storytelling and creative content writing skills. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite; photography/videography skills a plus. Experience with Sprout Social preferred.
