Overview:

Arcadia Strategy Group is seeking an experienced Core / Radio Network Analyst to conduct advanced performance and systems analysis across cellular network architectures spanning 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. The ideal candidate has supported telecom service providers and possesses a deep understanding of Evolved Packet Core (EPC), radio network integration, and end-to-end mobile transport performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data-driven analysis of cellular network performance across core, transport, and radio domains.
  • Analyze signaling flows, throughput, latency, and handover behavior across EPC, 4G LTE, and 5G Core (5GC) systems.
  • Evaluate NFV and SDN-based architectures supporting core and radio systems.
  • Assess the performance and interoperability of switches, routers, multiplexers, and backhaul transmission paths supporting cellular transport.
  • Generate detailed analytical reports, KPIs, and technical summaries with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in core or radio network engineering, analysis, or optimization for 3G, 4G, or 5G systems.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC architecture, including RAN integration and mobility management.
  • Familiarity with telecom providers and/or mobile network operators.
  • Experience using NMS, and strong working knowledge of NFV and SDN within mobile or hybrid environments.
  • Skilled in protocol-level analysis and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, QXDM, or comparable network analyzers.
  • Understanding of wireless transmission, backhaul routing, and IP/MPLS transport.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
