About the Role

We’re looking for a media buyer obsessed with numbers, growth, and speed to run TikTok Shop ad campaigns focused on GMV Max. While GMV Max automates much of the buying mechanics, this role requires sharp instincts around budget allocation, offer testing, creative inputs, and scaling decisions.

You’ll be responsible for working closely with client teams and our internal creators to ensure campaigns are set up with the right offers, creatives, and budgets, then analyze results, iterate quickly, and scale what’s working.

The ideal candidate is data‑driven, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and scale TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns for multiple clients
  • Work with client success managers to align offers, bundles, and promotions with campaign strategy
  • Identify and test creative hooks, formats, and variations to feed GMV Max campaigns
  • Monitor performance daily; analyze spend, ROAS, CPA, and GMV impact
  • Adjust budgets and targeting levers to maximize GMV growth
  • Develop hypotheses, run structured experiments, and turn insights into repeatable playbooks
  • Report on results and recommend next steps to internal teams and clients
  • Stay ahead of TikTok ad platform updates and best practices to unlock new opportunities

What Success Looks Like

  • Attending client meetings to cover ads/GMV Max campaigns
  • Scaling client GMV efficiently through paid efforts
  • Establishing repeatable playbooks for offers and creatives that consistently deliver ROAS‑positive growth
  • Becoming the internal go‑to expert on TikTok GMV Max campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 13+ years of experience in paid media (TikTok ads, Meta, or other performance channels)
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce and DTC funnels
  • Obsessed with data; comfortable analyzing dashboards, spreadsheets, and metrics to spot patterns
  • Analytical and structured thinker who can turn numbers into clear decisions
  • Creative eye for content and messaging that resonates on TikTok
  • Hustler mentality: scrappy, resourceful, and thrives in startup mode
  • Relentless pursuit of excellence; bias toward testing, learning, and scaling fast
  • Work in the ET/New York time zone
