Responsibilities

• Lead and grow store sales by delivering outstanding customer service, upselling, and implementing promotions.
• Engage customers with personalized styling and product recommendations, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Perform piercing services after training, ensuring a safe and professional experience for customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and keep store merchandise and displays well organized.
• Support the team and coach staff to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Represent Claire’s brand and stay current on fashion trends to provide compelling recommendations.

About You

• Sales‑driven mindset: consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer‑centric focus: passionate about creating memorable service experiences.
• Retail or leadership experience of at least one year, with proven sales and team support skills.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities alone when needed.

Job Requirements

• Validate piercings with safety and empathy, especially for younger or anxious customers.
• Proficient POS operation and transaction processing.
• Minimum high school diploma and 1+ year retail management experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lb).
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or stools for merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, employees, and management.
• Basic mathematics skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Passion for fashion and keeping trends current to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to build curated fashion looks during shift.
