Overview

Position: Lead Graphic Designer

Description Summary: The Lead Graphic Designer oversees a company's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibility includes development of an overall marketing plan management to build brand awareness, approving campaigns, design and logistically measuring the return of investment on each project.

Responsibilities

  • Location: Ontario, CA (onsite, 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday).
  • Responsible for project management for marketing material needed for various departments.
  • Manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive design plans, concepts, and prototypes.
  • Responsible for solidifying vendors to produce the marketing.
  • Responsible for project management for the marketing team.
  • Social media creation and management for the company website. Brochures, digital advertisements, technical publications, e-commerce, press releases, and other campaigns.
  • Develops content for product marketing, promo videos, internal/external training, and recruiting.
  • Creates and organizes graphic designs/plans to facilitate brand and company awareness through popular social media platforms.
  • Internal design: Packaging & product Q/A for multiple projects.
  • Uses professional expertise to capture high-quality images.
  • Supports in planning, developing, and arranging material for presentations.
  • Ensures compliance with company branding, quality, and guidelines.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the marketing team.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Graphic design: 2 years (Required).
  • Graphic Design, brand strategy, video, photography, social media marketing, and web design.
  • 1 year (Required).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work within a fast-paced/multi-task culture required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • Supervisor Responsibility? Yes

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
