Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with a solid understanding of how to engage target audiences on various platforms. You will play a key role in growing our clients' social media presence, crafting engaging content, and analyzing performance to continuously optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing.

Content Creation:

  • Co-create and curate engaging, high-quality and platform-first content for social media platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish regular content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for platform-specific engagement.

Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for conversations, comments, and direct messages, ensuring timely and positive engagement with followers.
  • Foster relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates to build trust and expand brand awareness.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) and generate regular performance reports.
  • Analyze user behavior and trends to continually refine strategies and tactics.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize content, campaigns, and platform engagement.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with content, strategy, creative, design, PR, and media teams to ensure cohesive, impactful campaigns across all digital platforms.
  • Assist with influencer marketing strategies, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand reach.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms; Familiarity with social media management tools; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and tone; Basic understanding of social media analytics tools; Excellent command of the English language.
  • Desirable Traits: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously; Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes; Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
