Associate Photographer – San Antonio, TX

OVERVIEW

CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The Associate Photographer role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by creating virtual tours, floorplans, and photography of residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales associates, researchers, and managers about priorities and tasks.
• Maintain commercial real‑estate data coverage in one‑mile square grids when not on residential assignments.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards for equipment and vehicles.
• Represent CoStar professionally and participate in conference calls as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires repetitive sitting/standing/walking in a vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, lifting equipment up to 5 lbs, frequent hand and arm movements operating camera equipment, occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, carrying, weekend shifts, rotating schedule, and driving in all seasons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience and real‑estate photography background.
• Professional photographer experience or a degree in photography.
• Drone photographer with FAA Part 107 license (obtained within 30 days of offer).
• Strong time‑management, detail orientation, data entry skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Enjoys independent work in a fast‑paced environment.

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate plus monthly performance‑based bonuses tied to pre‑determined metrics. Target annual salary $50,000, with bonus eligibility.
