We are actively hiring for a Lead Retail Sales Photographer at The Grand Canyon Railway. What’s in it for you? Starting rate ($17.00/hr.) Act as lead manager in the absence of the Assistant Retail Photography Manager. Provide floor supervision and administrative duties, ensuring the team stays focused on guest service and sales goals. Take photos and provide guests with a memorable experience and souvenirs to take back home and share. Learn how to capture and create memories that make people SMILE. Ensure excellent customer service. Work with a team to achieve sales goals. Schedule/Shifts Hiring Immediately Shifts available any day(s) of the week during operating hours Flexible schedule Requirements And Other Details No photography experience is needed. Retail experience is a plus. We will train you on our easy-to-use systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. High school diploma or GED. 1 year of people management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous guest service experience preferred, but not required, within the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industries. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross-functional team members. Professional communication skills and appearance. Experience in digital photography is a plus, but not required. Must enjoy interacting with guests from all over the world and achieving sales goals in a retail atmosphere. Must be 16 or older. Must be authorized to work in the US.
