Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in supporting our public relations efforts, helping to maintain and enhance our brand’s image in the eyes of the public. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will work closely with senior PR staff to execute strategies that promote our organization and engage with our target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and distributing press releases and media advisories.
• Maintain and update media lists and databases for effective outreach.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to prepare reports for the PR team.
• Support the planning and execution of PR events, campaigns, and promotions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event logistics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for campaigns and projects.
