Job Description:
- We are looking to fill 3 experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our internal digital platforms team.
- This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences that support internal workflows.
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on design skills, strong user empathy, and the ability to balance usability with business impact.
- This is a highly collaborative role with ownership over research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver usable solutions
- Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
- Contribute to and maintain design system consistency across products
- Stay current with UX best practices and accessibility standards
- Support additional UX/UI tasks as needed
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Front-end exposure — ideally Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)
- Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
