Job Description:

  • We are looking to fill 3 experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our internal digital platforms team.
  • This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences that support internal workflows.
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on design skills, strong user empathy, and the ability to balance usability with business impact.
  • This is a highly collaborative role with ownership over research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver usable solutions
  • Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
  • Contribute to and maintain design system consistency across products
  • Stay current with UX best practices and accessibility standards
  • Support additional UX/UI tasks as needed

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Front-end exposure — ideally Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)
  • Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
