Kitchen and Bath Sales Designer . This is an excellent opportunity to combine your design talents with sales expertise to support growth in the thriving turnkey Kitchen & Bath sector. You will work closely with professional builders, from small custom operations to large-scale productions, and play a key role in their projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and manage new sales opportunities Provide a balance of inside sales support and proactive outside sales efforts Develop and nurture relationships with builders and clients to enhance customer loyalty Oversee design and project timelines, ensuring successful execution from sale to completion Maintain consistent follow-ups on job-site installations and coordinate with internal teams Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience with 2020 Design and job estimating At least 3 years of cabinetry sales experience 3+ years of project management experience in kitchen and bath design Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills Strong ability to follow up and coordinate effectively with builders, clients, and team members Demonstrated project management skills and order execution capabilities Preferred educational background in design, architecture, construction management or business Experience with cabinets, stone, laminate, or solid surfaces is a bonus Proficient in computer applications, including order systems, email, file management, and MS Office Additional Information Willingness to travel up to 10% within the local market Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Our client boasts over 50 years of consistent growth and has established itself as a leader in the industry Hiring Locations:
