We are actively seeking talented, motivated, and responsible Entry-Level Designers with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Boston, MA. Qualifications: Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in preparing and developing comprehensive drawing sets. Outstanding design and graphic skills, with the capacity to engage in complex project conceptualization from pre-design to construction documentation. Experience in design collaboration and coordination with consultant teams. Advanced skills in digital modeling and rendering. Strong organizational abilities, adept at meeting deadlines while being flexible. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, consultants, firm leadership, and the design team. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite. A strong work ethic, proactivity, and self-motivation are essential. Responsibilities: Prepare conceptual design sketches, develop project narratives, and organize materials for presentations. Coordinate and execute aspects of project documentation as assigned. Address functional, spatial, and aesthetic needs of clients, while considering construction procedures, codes, and material requirements. Participate in meetings and assist in coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as directed.
