What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with working conditions that may vary depending on the site.
- Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to Allied Universal and client representatives according to established protocols.
- Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and support as needed while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activities.
- Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related issues specific to technology, media, and telecommunications environments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- X-ray screening experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
