Overview

As a Marketing Creative & Sales Specialist at Total Warehouse, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement. This role blends creativity and strategy — ideal for someone passionate about graphic design, marketing innovation, and sales enablement. This role reports directly to executive management and requires on-site presence at our Anaheim headquarters (no remote work).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute branded and co-branded campaigns, promotions, and customer success stories supporting lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Design and produce compelling visual content for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media graphics, and trade show displays.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance, analyze lead data, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Standardize and publish internal communications, including intranet articles.
  • Assist with hands-on marketing production tasks, including preparing and installing branded materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify market gaps and inform campaign strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and lead management.
  • Generate, track, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Support sales representatives with marketing collateral, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
  • Provide regular reports to executive management on lead generation progress and campaign effectiveness.

Education and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) — this is a core requirement.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Oracle is preferred but not required.
  • Copywriting and content creation experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or sales support.
