OHARA DAVIES-GAETANO INTERIORS, a boutique high-end design firm, is searching for passionate and detail-oriented interns to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for design-driven students or recent graduates from a qualified interior design program to gain valuable experience in the interior design business at our Culver City office.

Your Journey Begins Here:

• Contribute to the sourcing, organization, and upkeep of our design library, including fabrics and other materials.
• Help organize and curate our digital design library, enhancing our project capabilities.
• Support communication with design showrooms and representatives regarding project-specific samples, quotes, and lead times.
• Assist in creating captivating presentations for specific projects, including digital mood boards, tear sheets, and finish/fabric selections.
• Participate in drafting design drawings using CAD, Sketch-Up, or Photoshop, depending on your skills.
• Assist in procurement correspondence to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Help coordinate project installations for a seamless execution.
• Support various office tasks such as answering calls, managing mail, and handling office supplies.
• Benefit from mentorship with our design team for daily responsibilities.
• Aid the Business Development team by accurately entering and maintaining client data in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information for outreach and follow-ups.
