Position Title Senior Sales & Marketing Rep - Raleigh, NC (onsite only)

Summary Our client, a global software services firm, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing leader to drive U.S. expansion from their Raleigh, NC office. This person will lead sales and marketing strategy focused on custom software solutions and digital transformation services for mid-market clients. The role owns the full sales funnel—from lead gen to close—and collaborates closely with international delivery, presales, and marketing teams.

Salary $75K base + commission, OTE first year is $100K+

Job Responsibilities

Own the sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiations, and closing.

Generate leads via outbound, inbound, and partner channels.

Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline and activity management.

Drive digital marketing performance (LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, Lead Forensics).

Oversee creation of content (case studies, email sequences, landing pages).

Align sales efforts with delivery and presales capabilities.

Support junior sales and marketing resources across time zones.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Develop scalable playbooks and strategies for long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.

Experience selling services in tech, software, or digital transformation.

Proven ability to close $100K–$1M+ deals and drive renewals.

Hands-on with HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, analytics tools.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Attributes

Established network in target sectors (e.g., manufacturing, SaaS, logistics).

Experience with account-based marketing strategies.

Previous work in a global, cross-functional team setting.
