Job Description
The Client Services Marketing organization aims to create awareness and drive new business opportunities with our institutional clients through client stories and experiences such as strategic events, sales enablement, and consistent client outreach partnered with differentiating client‑centric content.
The Client Services Marketing Analyst is an entry‑level role that will have the opportunity to work within each of the pillars of the Client Services Marketing organization, providing support to the teams and effectively across the organization during peaks in the business, as needed.
The six pillars of Client Services Marketing:
Client Advocacy & Experience
Client Outreach & Digital Platforms
Global Field & Client Marketing
Product, Segment, and Go-to-Market Marketing
Governance
Strategy and Delivery
Role and Responsibilities
Collect and synthesize feedback from stakeholders, and oversee implementation of said feedback
Generate reports and slides to document business status and milestones
Develop marketing materials to support sales enablement and strategic events
Oversee upgrades to digital platforms and help with the implementation of new MarTech
Analyze methodologies and processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies while adhering to policies
Collaborate with the different teams to complete deliverables in a timely manner and according to stakeholder expectations
Help the Client Services Marketing organization reach our goals while aligning to our business priorities
Skills and Competencies
Advanced Excel and Power Point is a must
Project Management skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to engage across the team and with senior leaders
Critical thinking and strategic articulation of ideas
Outcome oriented
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite preferred
