What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Measure key performance indicators for marketing execution and identify optimization opportunities
Build and manage operational dashboards to help product and business development teams understand performance
Create analyses that provide insights into consumer behavior and market trends
Design and execute consumer data acquisition through surveys, focus groups, and opinion polls
Analyze campaign performance insights to maximize media ROI by optimizing resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics
Minimum of 5 years of related business experience, preferably with data analysis and visualization
At least 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of SQL, Adobe CJA, Google Analytics, Snowflake, or other reporting tools/languages preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with consumer segmentation, journey mapping, and omni-channel campaign execution
Familiarity with competitive landscape and healthcare market trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast product portfolio demands
Experience in designing metrics and indicators for measuring effectiveness of strategic partnerships
