Dutch and English fluently . Other than that? Surprise us. That being said… We’re looking for a Content & Comms Strategist (mid-level) to join our Creative & Media department. You’ll work on mid-size projects and consultancy, developing smart, integrated content and comms strategies that drive impact across the customer journey. This role is perfect for you if you can blend strategic thinking with creativity, if you’re curious about culture, innovation, and communication trends, and if you know how to inspire a creative team while also building trust with clients. You’ll work closely with brand strategists, creatives, and media experts to make sure our work is noticed, shared, and remembered. WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll spend your days turning ideas into strategies that actually land for our clients, which include brands like Bol, ING, Audi, Canva, and many more. That means: Shaping content and comms strategies across channels and formats, balancing creativity with performance. Translate client goals into clear briefs, frameworks, and storytelling approaches. Apply audience insights, cultural trends, and platform behaviors to guide creative and comms choices. Teaming up with brand strategists to bring positioning to life in the real world. Work hand-in-hand with creatives to make sure big ideas are backed by smart channel and format choices. Collaborating with media and platform strategists, influencer specialists, and partners to keep campaigns consistent across touchpoints. Present your work in a way that excites both clients and teammates. Build relationships with client stakeholders and become their go-to for everyday strategy. Contribute to new business opportunities with fresh insights and ideas. Keeping your finger on the pulse of culture, communications and platforms. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This is our ideal checklist, if you bring some of these strengths and are eager to grow into the rest, we’d still love to hear from you! A HBO-/WO-level education (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Around 4 years of experience in content, comms, or creative strategy. A natural connector: you know strategy doesn’t work in a vacuum, and you bring the right people to the table to make ideas stronger. A genuine excitement for innovation, whether it’s the latest platform, AI trend, or data insight - and how to use it to make content resonate. An instinct for linking audience insights to storytelling, channels, and formats. A good grasp of both digital and traditional media ecosystems. The ability to tell a story and present it in a way that inspires others. A curious, proactive mindset: you’re happy to take initiative and shape your own approach. Confidence in working side by side with creatives, other strategists, media specialists, and clients. An appetite for culture, platforms, and communication trends. Fluency in Dutch and English (must have!). WE OFFER
