This role will support brand growth across wholesale, retail, and D2C channels, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, strong launch execution, and alignment between Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of brand GTM calendars, including product launches, retail campaigns, seasonal promotions, and D2C activations.

Maintain and update Master Launch Calendar, ensuring alignment across wholesale and D2C touchpoints.

Own promotional strategy and execution for retail partners, including in‑store promotions, gift‑with‑purchase programs, retail marketing requests, merchandising briefs, and co‑op marketing initiatives.

Partner with Sales to develop retailer toolkits (product knowledge sheets, brand decks, launch packets, merchandising direction).

Collaborate with Creative on retail assets—displays, PDP content, endcaps, planograms, digital banners, promo signage, emails, and POS.

Partner with the eCommerce team on site merchandising, email calendars, promotional strategy, and PDP optimization to support conversion and brand storytelling.

Coordinate D2C promotional cadence and ensure retail + D2C messaging stays aligned and non‑conflicting.

Propose promotional strategies based on historical sell‑through, retailer needs, market timing, and consumer insights.

Track promo and campaign performance; provide post‑mortem recaps and recommendations for optimization.

Monitor social/beauty trends, competitive brand activity, retailer shifts, and category data to inform strategy and inspire innovation.

Serve as a brand guardian—ensuring all touchpoints reflect brand voice, identity, and strategy.

Other tasks assigned per departmental needs.
