Job Description
Responsible for providing assistance to the Marketing Manager and Vice President of Marketing in all aspects of creation, development, implementation and execution of all marketing events and promotions for property. Must be passionate and energetic while providing excellent guest service.
Job Duties
Assists all on and off-site marketing programs, promotions, and special events
for increasing casino revenues, also responsible for tracking and analysis of event and guest performance
Manages planning, ordering, coordinating, and tracking all aspects of special events, promotions, and giveaways for the property
Works with shared services teams to create direct mail marketing and additional collateral to support marketing calendar communications
Owns show building and ticketing procedures for entertainment events using Ticketmaster
Must be flexible in your schedule to align with events. Generally, workdays are Tuesday - Saturday.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred or equivalent in professional experience required.
Events, front of house, marketing, or retail related work experience preferred.
Must be highly organized and able to manage time efficiently.
Must be able to learn new systems to execute computer-based promotions.
Must be able to work independently.
On site work - no remote opportunity.
Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses including thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
At times, you will work in an environment where smoking is allowed. Exposure to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises will occur.
