La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an innovative leader for the In-Home Design program and personalized client solutions. This role translates client needs into actionable design concepts, conducts in-home consultations, and supports sales teams with design expertise. Training pay is provided, with potential earnings after training stated below. Compensation

Base pay range: $26,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Training Pay: $20 per hour for 3-4 weeks (no commission) Average Earning Potential After Training: $50,000 - $80,000 (inclusive of base, commission and bonus) Total Compensation Range: $26,000 - $90,000. Post-Training Base Pay: $26,000 per year. Commission & Bonus: Uncapped commission on written sales—3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales; monthly bonus opportunity of $0 - $2,000 based on individual sales goals. Key Responsibilities

Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program, draft potential design solutions, present customized portfolio presentations tailored to client requirements and preferences to achieve sales goals. Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives. Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and vision for their space. Minimum Requirements

Education: bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience. Experience: 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service. Other: Ability to work the schedule dictated by business needs (evenings, weekends, holidays). Valid Driver’s License Preferred Requirements

Design Certification Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; business acumen; entrepreneurial spirit; experience in building relationships. Benefits and Resources
