Podcast Videographer & Producer We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Videographer & Producer to join our team. This person will be responsible for filming, producing, and editing high-quality video and audio content for our podcast. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multimedia production, a strong creative vision, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to elevate our show’s visual and storytelling impact. Responsibilities
Plan, film, and produce
video and audio recordings for podcast episodes. Edit and mix
video and audio content for polished, professional delivery across multiple platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social media). Collaborate with hosts and guests
to ensure professional production quality and brand consistency. Manage lighting, sound, and camera setups for both in-studio and remote recordings. Create short-form promotional clips and highlight reels
for social media and marketing use. Recommend and implement creative enhancements
to improve podcast quality, visual appeal, and audience engagement. Organize and maintain the content library, project files, and version control. Stay current with industry trends, technology, and best practices in podcast and video production. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
video production, podcasting, or multimedia content creation. Proficiency with
video editing software
(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and
audio editing tools
(Audition, Logic Pro, etc.). Experience managing
multi-camera shoots
and syncing video/audio. Knowledge of
YouTube SEO and social media content strategies. Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and analytics tools. Graphic or motion design experience a plus (e.g., for intros, lower thirds, thumbnails). Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and sound recording
techniques. Excellent attention to detail , organization, and time management skills. A creative mindset with the ability to
generate new ideas and improve show flow, visuals, and listener experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines. Portfolio or sample reel required. Compensation
Compensation:
$30,000-$50,000 per year
