About the Role Our company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Communication and Brand Strategy to lead the transformation of our brand and enhance how it resonates with our customers, employees, and partners. This pivotal role encompasses leading both external and internal communications, developing brand strategies, and overseeing our visual identity and design initiatives. The successful candidate will take charge of evolving our brand identity, positioning, and voice, spearheading impactful brand campaigns, and ensuring cohesive brand representation across all communications platforms.

The VP will also manage the visual identity system, direct our in-house brand and design team, and collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency. Key responsibilities include corporate and executive communications, managing our reputation, and tracking brand performance metrics.

We seek a professional with at least 12 years of extensive experience in brand communications and marketing leadership, ideally from B2B software or SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, possess strong leadership skills, and have a flair for storytelling. A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is essential, while an advanced degree would be advantageous. Candidates must showcase executive presence, competence in managing PR agencies and media relations, and a proven success record in brand management and design. Experience in the commerce domain is a beneficial asset.
