This is an individual contributor (IC) position for a mid-level designer who is passionate about solving complex UX problems in enterprise cybersecurity. You'll create compelling, data-rich interfaces that translate complex security data into clear, actionable visualizations. What You'll Do

  • Design enterprise‑grade interfaces with exceptional visual and interaction design skills for complex cybersecurity workflows
  • Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple product lines
  • Create sophisticated data visualizations that make complex enterprise security data accessible and actionable
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver design solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints
  • Contribute to design strategy and help establish UX design standards across the organization
  • Participate in design critiques and user research sessions to validate and iterate on design decisions

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive, scalable UX for complex technical workflows, ideally in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, developer tools, or security products
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Experience with design systems including component libraries, style guides, and design tokens
  • Enterprise product experience with specific expertise in data visualization for complex applications (dashboards, analytics, reporting tools)
  • Systems thinking approach with attention to consistency, scalability, and maintainability
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring new design paradigms and interaction patterns
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with design handoff processes
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • A strong portfolio (required) showcasing end‑to‑end UX work, visual design skills, data visualization, and the ability to solve complex problems
