Lincoln is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide design and creative support to a regional marketing team supporting business development, property marketing and brand activation across multiple markets throughout the West.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials—including proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social assets—ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and exhibits a discerning eye for creating visually compelling and effective designs. They demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, and a consistently professional and approachable demeanor. This position reports directly to the Executive Creative Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, signage, emails, and social) using Lincoln-branded templates
Create site plans, floor plans, aerials, and maps, and edit photos for property marketing materials
Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout
Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years design experience; corporate in-house experience preferred
Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
Excellent skills using the core Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with HubSpot—or equivalent email creator platform—is a plus
Well organized, excellent time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines
Ability to collaborate in a team environment—both in-person and remote
