FLOROMA limited is a fast-growing company that manufactures, sells and distributes scented products in HK. With a successful O2O (Online‑to‑Offline) strategy, the company has achieved double‑digit growth despite the impact of the pandemic. Currently, FLOROMA operates 9 retail shops in Hong Kong and exports to overseas markets.

We are looking for a candidate who is self‑motivated, passionate about marketing and sales, and eager to nurture a strong business mindset. Unlike large marketing firms, every team member at FLOROMA has a direct and significant impact on the company. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for creative design from concept to final artwork, including packaging designs, stickers, web designs, retail shop displays, leaflets and prints.
• Prepare engaging content such as graphics, photos and imagery to drive traffic conversion and brand awareness.
• Responsible for graphic design and video editing for daily social content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), or other promotional materials.
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands‑on graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in using MAC and Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, video editing skills; After Effects and motion graphic skill is a plus.
• Good sense of social media platforms and passion to initiate digital creative ideas.
• Familiar with creative marketing strategies, emerging digital media technology and social media trends.
• Proficiency in AI‑powered tools for image and video generation is highly desirable.
• Proactive and energetic team player with self‑motivation, creativity and positive working attitude.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer.
