What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage an inventory of commercial auto bodily injury claims with significant exposure and complex liability
  • Review and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
  • Secure necessary information for claims investigations, including reports and recorded statements
  • Work towards the resolution of claims and attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all state, legal, and regulatory requirements in claims handling

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial auto bodily injury adjusting experience
  • Current Property & Casualty (P&C) adjuster licenses where applicable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Industry designations are highly regarded

  • Experience working with underwriting and marketing on claims trend issues
