MobiSystems, Inc. is hiring: Senior Web Designer in California

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our in-house Marketing Design team, focusing on our business-essential website project ( https://mobisystems.com/ ). In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and development of impactful web experiences (including product pages, landing pages, microsites, and more), ensuring that design solutions align with business goals and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and optimize web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure consistent design language across all touchpoints
• Create additional design materials as needed to represent our products across various channels - including product listings in app stores (ASO), marketing campaigns, social media, and more
• Evaluate, grow and improve our brand & visual communication assets, ensuring quality and consistency
• Review usage analytics to inform data-driven decisions, driving necessary improvements that align with our business goals and enhance overall performance
• Support the development and maintenance of our Design Systems
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing expertise to help elevate the overall quality of the team’s work
• Share knowledge and contribute to team growth during weekly Design meetings

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging web design and digital assets
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or tech company
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in design software: Figma, Adobe CC
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, web standards, and accessibility best practices
• Strong illustration skills that enhance brand storytelling and visual communication

Bonus points for experience with:

• Building and maintaining Design Systems
• Creating motion/animation for web (e.g., micro-interactions, transitions, animated graphics)
• Using Jira (or similar project management tools)
